From the outset, the Rémy Cointreau and Parella teams opted for a participative
collaboration in order to define the need, to draw up the specifications for the project and to determine the group's real estate strategy.
For two months, Parella consultants launched a campaign of interviews at two levels
(Comex, Pool of business and support ambassadors) and conducted an online survey
with all the employees.
After 18 years of presence on Bd Haussmann, there was a rapid and aligned desire to move,
to find a new home that would embody the group's values.
The headquarters had to be adapted to the deployment of new working methods and have an outdoor space
... all in the heart of the Parisian Central Business District.
The search for a property that met the project specifications took four months.
Parella also assisted Rémy Cointreau with the aspects relating to the lease.
Rémy Cointreau Foundation. As if in a gallery, a selection of works of art created by craftsmen represented and promoted by the Foundation has been displayed on the three floors of the rue Balzac.
Between April and June 2021, an in-depth analysis of the organization and uses of all the company's teams was conducted, before being translated into spaces. First, in a macro way to situate the territories in space, then in a more micro way to define the layouts. Thus, each floor is unique and corresponds to the uses and organization
of each of the teams located on them.
At the same time, from April 2021 until March 2022, a communication plan for employees has been defined and deployed to enable them to follow the progress of the project. A monthly meeting with the entire workforce (progress report and answers to questions) has enabled employees to take the pulse of the project and ask any questions they may have.
Parella and Rémy Cointreau decided to create a sample space illustrating a typical workstation with storage and furniture, furniture which the employees were involved in choosing.
A training session on the discovery of the new premises and their uses was initiated with the employees two weeks before the fitting out.
In order to welcome them properly, a welcome day was scheduled during which a booklet specifically co-created with Parella was given.
A survey in the form of feedback was deployed a few weeks after the installation. This feedback from employees allowed us to fine-tune the facilities.
A second survey will be launched in March 2023.
