Since its creation in 2009, Parella's sole mission has been to support companies in their real estate projects by providing them with advice that is both specialised and totally independent. Today, we are one of the preferred partners of companies for the definition of their real estate strategy and the layout of their workspace.

Michaël started his career in strategy consulting. He also contributed to the development of the Corporate Solutions department of JLL in France.

Olivier was previously head of the Real Estate Consulting division of AOS Studley. Prior to that, he was instrumental in developing the User Consultancy business at DTZ and then Savills.

Patrick Pelloquin

Partner

Patrick has been involved in building construction and development projects for developers, Renault's real estate department and CBRE.

Doriane Bettinger

Director of People and Transformation

Doriane has a strong expertise in supporting transformation and change management projects (Engie, Edenred, Groupe Rocher ...)

Stéphane Bernaux

Stéphane has been assisting General Management for more than 20 years in the management of real estate projects, particularly complex ones (TotalEnergies, Société du Grand Paris, La BNF...).

Nicolas Flachot

Global Design Director

Nicolas started his career in the media, before creating the company Kidimo. Since then, he has led a hundred or so projects related to the personalization and decoration of company premises, within Artdesk before joining Parella in 2020.

Vanessa Ribeiro

Human Resources Director 

Vanessa has acquired a solid experience in Human Resources in different sectors such as finance (SIX Financial Information), housing (OGIF) and services (Matis)

Olivier de Souza

Director of Financial Affairs 

Olivier started his career as an auditor at EY and then Mazars, before joining Verallia in internal audit and then as CFO USA.
He now assists Parella with its operational financial issues and its financial communication.

Laura Seng-Hazan

Director RES

Laura assists companies in defining and implementing their real estate strategy (Hugo Boss, Rémy Cointreau, Paris 2024, RTE, Groupama, Axens, etc.)

Stéphanie Pouzet

Marketing Director 

With 20 years of experience in BtoB services marketing, including 15 in commercial real estate, Stéphanie spent 11 years at JLL and 3 years at Colliers before joining Parella.
