Parella signs the Parity Charter

Today, Parella is signing the charter of commitment to parity and professional equality between women and men in companies and organizations in the real estate sector.

As part of its CSR policy, the real estate consultancy joined this morning the hundred or so signatories of the charter of commitment to parity and professional equality between women and men in companies and organizations in the real estate sector.

Michael Kaplan, a partner at Parella, made Parella's commitment official in the presence of Christel Zordan, CEO of Société de la Tour Eiffel, who represented the Observatory of the Charter for Parity in Real Estate.

"Inclusion, diversity and parity are values we hold dear and have been working on for a long time now. With this signature, we are marking a stronger commitment that we will be held accountable for."

With this signature, Parella confirms its desire to work towards greater gender parity in the sector. Even if it can itself already show parity within its workforce and within its population of managers, there is always room for improvement.

"Respecting the four fundamental objectives of the charter and choosing six of the others will guide our actions in the months and years to come. It is a precious help in defining the roadmap of our CSR commission, which has many topics in addition to gender equality."

Declares Elise Henriet, senior consultant in Parella's People & Transformation division and in charge of the CSR subject.

The parity charter was presented and signed at a breakfast gathering all employees. A collective commitment!
