Project Description
Context
France Assureurs is the working name of the Fédération Française de l'Assurance, which brings together 252 insurance companies representing 99% of the market for companies governed by the French Insurance Code. Since its creation by the Fédération in 1989, GIE GPSA (Gestion Professionnelle des Services de l'Assurance) has been responsible for managing all the shared resources required by the 25 professional bodies in the insurance sector.
Parella has been assisting GPSA with various real estate projects for several years. Most recently, Parella's multi-disciplinary teams worked alongside GPSA's management and staff to facilitate its move into France Assureurs' transitional premises on rue du Colisée. These premises will accommodate France Assureurs and GPSA during the renovation of France Assureurs' historic headquarters at 26 boulevard Haussmann in the 9th arrondissement of Paris.
Our missions
Parella's mission included :
- optimize conditions for the return of premises vacated by GPSA
- advise GPSA on adaptations to the rue du Colisée premises
- facilitate the involvement and information of the various internal GPSA bodies concerned by the project
