- Analysing various real estate issues: changes in staffing levels, working methods and arrangements, team mergers, financial optimisation, etc,
- Develop analyses on financial, legal, programmatic and organisational aspects,
- Produce clear and relevant deliverables to support decision-making,
- Coordinate real estate market research to identify "target sites",
- Participate in negotiations in the context of leases, renegotiations, acquisitions and disposals,
- Participate in specific meetings and workshops.
- You are a graduate of a business school or engineering school,
- You will have experience in real estate or in consulting/auditing,
- Because your contribution to the realisation of each project is essential, you are rigorous, enthusiastic, and recognised for your analytical and synthetic skills, as well as for your oral and written communication skills,
- Knowledge of the commercial property market, particularly in the Ile de France region, will enable you to carry out your assignments successfully,
- Fluency in English is essential.
