Office Staging: how to transform your offices in 48 hours?
In 2015, Parella and the interior design agency Esquisse, two entities of the Parella group specialising in commercial real estate, were reunited in newly renovated offices, integrating 70% of workstations in flex office. In less than a year, the Parella group has increased its workforce by around 40%. Located on the rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, its 700m2 site required more places to exchange ideas and work while maintaining the conviviality of the spaces. A small Parella/Esquisse team was formed to work on new layouts.
"The aim was to make certain areas more dynamic and to increase the number of workstations. The chosen concept? To make the space to be transformed into an eclectic, cocooning, slightly bohemian and brocante-style place! The method used? Office staging. The trends: green, recycling and colour. How long will the work take? 48 hours", says a press release.
Under the leadership of Patrick Pelloquin, architect DPLG and partner of the Parella group, a team of 4 people (Parella/Esquisse) met in secret to define the changes to be made and to carry them out in record time.
