Transpose the virtues of
of sport in the workplace

As Caroline and Nathalie, the NatCar crew supported by Parella, participate this week in their first Gazelles Rally, we wondered what they could take away from such an experience to use in their professional lives.

The parallel between sport and business is often mentioned. But in concrete terms, how can the virtues of the former be transposed to the latter?

How does the spirit of sports competition help to adapt to constant change, to work as a team, to not be discouraged in the face of difficulty, to overcome failure?

We propose you to talk about it freely with our guests around a breakfast:

Appointment Tuesday 04 April

  • Caroline and Nathalie will tell us how they experienced the Gazelles Rally and what they got out of it
  • Céline Géraud, journalist and vice world champion in judo, will explain how different profiles, with different skills and objectives, manage to team up around a common goal
  • Angel Chelala, French Sprint Champion, will analyze how this experience is useful to him today in his role as Feel Good Leader at One Point
