Nicolas Flachot joins the Parella Group

The boundaries of the traditional office are being redefined by the accelerating adoption of teleworking and the search for flexibility and collaboration. More than ever, the head office must embody these changes and assert itself as a vector of identity, source of attractiveness and social hub.

In order to meet the new challenges of our clients' transformation and to achieve our growth ambitions, we are strengthening the group's creative and artistic line by welcoming Nicolas Flachot as Director of Style and Creation.

"Offices have become real vectors for scripting and communicating the company," says Nicolas Flachot.

His role will be to inject a unique artistic dimension into each of our clients' design projects.

"The interior design of office spaces is a powerful tool for representing and mediating the identity of the company, its values and its know-how. Tomorrow's offices must be meaningful, attractive, comfortable and geared towards the well-being and commitment of employees. My leitmotiv is to create communicative universes and distinctive styles, in line with the image and culture of our clients. My credo is to design personalised atmospheres and unique Instagramable settings", explains Nicolas Flachot.

Nicolas Flachot has a solid experience in artistic direction for the decoration and accessorization of private and public places (restaurants, shops, hotels, events...). As an entrepreneur, fascinated by art and images, creations and antique objects, he created Kidimo in 2009, which was bought in 2015 by the Artdesk group, which made it its decoration subsidiary. He now works on around a hundred office design projects.

"I always like to bring more originality and personalization to my projects. To do this, I like to bring in vintage or specially created objects... like grains of madness and extra soul in a tertiary universe that is still sometimes too aseptic," adds Nicolas Flachot.

A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de l'AudioVisuel in 1995, Nicolas Flachot is also a communicator who held several positions within media groups such as M6 and NRJ between 1996 and 2008.

"We are delighted to welcome Nicolas to our team. His vision and expertise complement and enrich our design and interior architecture studio and will enable us to strengthen the customisation of our clients' working and living environments. This is happening at a time when the transformation of working methods is accelerating and leading us to redefine the function and uses of the office", say the partners of Parella.
