Ludovic Legendre joins the Parella Group

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Ludovic Legendre as Partner in charge of the "People & Transformation" service line.

In order to meet the new transformation challenges of its clients and to achieve the group's growth ambitions, Parella is strengthening its team of partners by welcoming Ludovic Legendre to deploy the "People & Transformation" offer.

"Real estate is a formidable lever for the transformation of companies," explains Ludovic Legendre.

His role will be to support this conviction by leading projects that aim to accompany the transformation of work spaces as much as that of people by changing their ways of working. These strategic projects require the multidisciplinary approach advocated and developed by Parella since its creation and completed by a value proposition carried by Ludovic and his "People & Transformation" team.

Ludovic Legendre has a solid background in consulting with top management in leading French firms (Eurogroup, Kurt Salmon, BearingPoint and Capgemini), where he has provided consulting services to users and real estate professionals.

"I want to deploy my experience as a consulting firm by combining a structured and processed strategic vision with an operational deployment as close as possible to the clients, the projects and their teams. This is precisely what distinguishes Parella's approach on the market", comments Ludovic.

A graduate of ESSEC, Ludovic is also a member of the RICS and has been involved in real estate debates for several years within the EBG Real Estate Commission. Ludovic is also a lecturer in the Real Estate MBA of ENSMI and in the Professional Master "Manager in Real Estate Administration and Management" of ESPI Group.

"We are delighted to welcome Ludovic. His expertise will strengthen our ability to understand our clients' real estate and work environment issues in all their complexity. The health crisis has shaken up the reference systems and broken down many barriers. Telecommuting, digitalization, and the well-being and commitment of talent are more than ever at the heart of these issues," said Michael Kaplan, Olivier Neuman and Patrick Pelloquin, partners at Parella.
